Integrating climate change vulnerability assessments into Florida's state wildlife adaptation plan
The December, 2011, case study was prepared by Defenders of Wildlife in partnership with the Florida Fish and Conservation Commission and the Department of Urban Planning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. It illustrates a process for integrating vulnerability assessments into a comprehensive planning process to identify adaptation strategies and management opportunities for species likely to be affected by the impacts of climate change. Kresge was among the funders.
