ARISE Detroit! spotlights efforts to build a stronger community

Detroit neighborhoods look a little sharper this week following ARISE Detroit! Neighborhoods Day.

On Saturday 100-plus block clubs and community groups held simultaneous cleanup efforts and other neighborhood activities during the event, now in its fifth year.
