Our Grants
This section of the Web site is designed to help both grantseekers and current grantees gain greater understanding of the types of grants we make and what to expect if you are awarded a Kresge grant.
Grants database
The grants database contains information on the grants Kresge has made in the United States and internationally since 2003. The link above takes you to an interactive U.S. map maintained by the Foundation Center as part of Foundation Directory Online Professional, its database of U.S. grantmakers and grants. The map, which displays the database content, will open in a separate window so you will not leave the Kresge site if you choose to access the database.
On the U.S. map page, an additional tab is provided to access the world map.
Using the map, you can sort by year, recipient type, and subject of the grant as well as by state, county, city, ZIP code and Congressional district. You also can drill down to review grants by recipient name. The grants information is updated on a quarterly basis as part of our participation in the Foundation Center’s electronic grant reporting program.
See below for directions on how to utilize the database.
