The Oberlin project is a collaborative venture involving the city, Oberlin College, Oberlin public schools and private organizations to build a prosperous, post-fossil fuel based economy. The college will play a lead role in redeveloping a 13-acre site and create LEED platinum neighborhood. The joint venture is intended to spark the renewal of the downtown city center. The grant is a joint investment with our arts and culture, education and environment programs.
